As far as I can tell, this soulless monster has never expressed the tiniest bit of remorse for her actions and thinks she did nothing wrong, even sees herself and her daughter as the victims.  

What kind of adult tortures a 13 year old girl?

IMHO, parents of that girl who killed herself needs to be jailed, no one else.

I am surpirzed that there is no law they could use to porsecute her and they had to pull together this weird thing about violating service agreement.  If one of us gives wrong name to some service, like this forum even, for privacy reasons does it make us criminals?

This vermin drove a child to suiside!!  I just don't see how this could be legal.
