God, I love Panama City.  Been going there since I was 3.  Going again April.   Prices are dirt cheap.  Everything overbuilt.   Actually was able to negotiate a discount during spring break week and got a room (2br) at Dunes of Panama for $700 for 4 nights.   (Taxes and deposit included)   Everybody must be hurting down there.   Prettiest beaches in the world in my humble opinion.

my favorite thing in panama city - rent a boat and go to an uninhabited Shell Island where you can swim naked with your woman as god intended.  And for some reason water ther is as clean as in the carribbean, while its probably less than a mile offshore.  Makes no sense.  Lots of dolphins too.

Shell island is beautiful and there are a lot of dolphins there, but undeveloped =/= uninhabited.
